Rambler Garden Hotel Hong Kong

The hotel had bright and relatively large rooms, providing excellent value for money. It was conveniently connected to Kowloon and Hong Kong through efficient transport options. The location was ideal for visiting Lantau Island, including attractions like Disney Land, Ngong Ping, and Tai O. We were kinda surprised by the availability of wireless internet in the rooms, resolving one of our long-standing gripes. there was a shopping mall attached to the hotel, with affordable restaurants and shops.

Not one thing.

The bed was comfortable and the cleaning staff did a great job keeping the room clean. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to transportation options. the hotel provided a shuttle service to a nearby station, made getting around much easier.

The hotel had some maintenance issues, with unpleasant smells in the bathroom and water splashing out of the shower. The hotel also had a lack of amenities, such as no free water provided after the first day and having to pay for Wi-Fi.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! the value for money was incredible. With affordable prices, it was definitely a budget-friendly option. Secondly, the staff provided exceptional service. They were helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. Additionally, the basic amenities in the room, including free WiFi, were a great addition. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was conveniently situated in a subrural area, allowing for a peaceful environment while still being close enough to easily access the urban area. The views of Rambler Channel were breathtaking, especially from the rooms facing the harbor. it was a great experience with amazing value for money, excellent service, and a beautiful location.

There was one minor issue, but it didn't significantly affect my stay.

Strong cigarette smell in the room upon arrival. Heavy lobby traffic in the evenings due to mainland group tourists.

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The nearby food court offers a variety of dining options, and there are also shops within walking distance. The check-in counter service is excellent and the staff is helpful.

The basic lift facilities at the hotel are poor.

Located close to Tsing Yi station, the hotel provides convenient access to both the airport and the city. Guests can easily explore the Shing Yi mall and nearby train station. The spacious rooms are equipped with comfortable sheets and the staff is known for their helpful and professional service. Additionally, the hotel offers shuttle services to different destinations, ensuring guests have easy transportation options.

The hotel lacks sufficient signs and organization, leading to confusion and crowding in common areas.

The room at Rambler Garden Hotel was surprisingly spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy and we had a good night's sleep every night. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, making it easy for us to explore the city. The hotel also had a nice swimming pool, a pleasant surprise. The price was affordable, making it a great option for budget travelers.

The staff at Rambler Garden were really good, especially Mr Ronald who greeted us warmly during check-in. We had trouble at the restaurant and he were very good too assist us. Miss Winnie also made our stay good with her friendly attitude and helpful directions. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel in a subrural area. The location was perfect for me as it was away from the noise and pollution of the main city. I loved the peacefulness and the beautiful view of the busy port. The staff were friendly and provided great service, making me feel welcome and valued. The basic amenities in the room were satisfactory, and despite the small size, the attention to detail was evident. The breakfast offered a limited selection, but I appreciated the convenience of having a coffee machine, croissant, apples, and yogurt available.

The only slight downside was that I had to wait until the standard check-in time, but overall, everything else was ok.
